I’m Gillian.  I’m a Development Coordinator which means I develop different projects with people with learning difficulties about inclusion in the community.  My role involves lots of different things, so, sometimes it’s about day-to-day just organising things making sure they are happening when they should be happening.  Other times it’s about getting people together to brainstorm to create a new project to find out what is the most important need that people have and then how do we meet that need in the most creative forwards thinking way.

The thing I like most about working at EDG is that everyone is really working form a solid value base so everyone is really taking time to listen to each other to find out what gifts and contributions we have and support each other with that.

Two things that make me most happy outside my work are spending time with friends and learning to sing.
